What are your child care qualifications?

All of our Child Care Coordinators must have at minimum, 2 years experience in professional child care at a state or private facility.  All of our Child Care workers must supply references of successful, long term, professional clientele.  As a Limited Liability Corporation our company is registered with the state and federal government, and we also carry additional liability insurance for all of our child care services and workers. 

Do you carry certificates or have any other qualifications?

All of our Child Care Coordinators are certified through the American Red Cross in CPR/AED/First Aid for Adults, Children, and infants.  All of our Child Care workers are graduates of the Babysitting Training Course of the American Red Cross.  Our staff is required to have National Background checks that are re-verified annually. 

Are you registered with any state’s Child Care agencies? 

Because we do not offer continuous child care for your little ones, as Day Care or Nanny Agencies offer, the state classifies our services as Professional Babysitting.  Professional babysitting services do not meet the required qualifications to be registered with any state’s child care agencies.  However, we have chosen to still follow the state requirements, in terms of liability insurance, sanitation, security checks, and child to worker ratios. 

Can I find out in advance which workers will be there the day of my event? 

Although we do not pick the entire child care team till approximately two weeks prior to the event, we would be more than happy to provide their names, proof of current Red Cross certifications, and proof of qualifying Background Checks upon request at that time the team is chosen. 

Can I get general information on the professional experience of the workers servicing my event? 

Although we can not give out detailed information, we are happy to provide their general professional experience, and will include this upon request when we send proof of their other certifications and qualifications. 

Do you have references? 

We can provide a written statement of satisfaction from past clientele.
