PRIOR TO EVENT:

Our child care coordinators will arrive at your event location approximately 1 hour before the time designated for the arrival of your guest’s children.
- Our assigned areas will be set up approximately ½ hour prior to that designated time.
UPON DROP-OFF:
-
Parents will receive a general information sheet regarding the previously agreed upon services.
- They will also be required to look over and initial their child’s personal information sheet to ensure all information is correct.
DURING EVENT:
-
Children will be placed in their appropriate age group where they are entertained with games, activities, and towards the end of the event a featured film. (click here for more details regarding our event's games and activities)

If the number of children were included to the catering staff, their meals will be served in our child care area.
- They will also receive drinks and snacks supplied by Renovo Rascals throughout the duration of the event.
CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT:

Child care coordinators will ensure all children’s personal items are collected and returned to their parents upon pickup.

The kids will receive a goody bag filled with treats and toys to take home with them.(optional)
