PRIOR TO EVENT:

  • Our child care coordinators will arrive at your event location approximately 1 hour before the time designated for the arrival of your guest’s children. 
  • Our assigned areas will be set up approximately ½ hour prior to that designated time. 

 

UPON DROP-OFF:

  • Parents will receive a general information sheet regarding the previously agreed upon services.
  • They will also be required to look over and initial their child’s personal information sheet to ensure all information is correct.

 

DURING EVENT:

  • Children will be placed in their appropriate age group where they are entertained with games, activities, and towards the end of the event a featured film. (click here for more details regarding our event's games and activities)
  • If the number of children were included to the catering staff, their meals will be served in our child care area.
  •  They will also receive drinks and snacks supplied by Renovo Rascals throughout the duration of the event. 

CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT:

  • Child care coordinators will ensure all children’s personal items are collected and returned to their parents upon pickup.
  • The kids will receive a goody bag filled with treats and toys to take home with them.(optional)
