BANQUET STYLE EVENTS:

  • Banquet style events are special occasions held at a banquet facility (i.e. hotels, country clubs, and banquet halls).
  • Extra rooms or space may need to be secured to utilize our services.   
  • If decided by the event host, the number of children (excluding infants) will be included with the number of guests given to the banquet facility’s catering department.  The kid’s meals will be served in the Renovo child care area.  
  • Every age group will consist of one (1) Child Care Coordinator and approximately one (1) Child Care Assistant per three (3) or five (5) children depending on the age group. 
  • If you are not interested in utilizing our child care service for your entire event, you may want to take advantage of our Nanny Services for individuals or out of town guests.  See “Nanny Services” at the bottom of this page for further details.

IN-HOME STYLE EVENTS:

  • In-home style events are special occasions that are held in the privacy of someone’s home.
  • Although these events can be small in numbers, they can also be very grand.  For a larger event you may still need to secure a separate area for our child care services (i.e. tent or roped in area). 
  • If decided by the event host, the number of children (excluding infants) will be included with the number of guests given to the catering service hosting the event.  The kid’s meals will be served in the Renovo child care area.
  • Every age group will consist of one (1) Child Care Coordinator and approximately one (1) Child Care Assistant per three (3) or five (5) children, depending on the age group. 
  • If you are not interested in utilizing our child care service for your entire event, or if your event has less than seven (7) children, you may want to take advantage of our Nanny Services for smaller functions, individuals or out of town guests.  See “Nanny Services” at the bottom of this page for further details.

NANNY SERVICES:

  • Our Nanny Services are for those individuals attending an event that does not offer child care, or those events that will not have more than six (6) children attending. 
  • Renovo’s Nannies will come to your home, hotel, or even the event itself and take care of your little ones.
  • For groups of three (3) or less you can choose to utilize one of our Child Care Coordinators or one of our Child Care Assistants depending on the services requested.
  • For these particular groups, if the children are old enough and don’t require a Child Care Coordinator to entertain them, you can choose to utilize one of our Child Care Assistants.  However,  because the assistant will be working alone and not with a Coordinator, they will need to be at least eighteen (18) years of age and will be paid at a slightly hire rate than our Child Care Assistants who do not work alone. 
  • For groups of four (4) to six (6) children, one (1) Child Care Coordinator and one (1) Child Care Assistant will be required.
